Cancellation Policy for Window Cowboy LLC
At Window Cowboy, we are committed to providing you with an excellent service. But we get it, things happen. To help us maintain our schedule and serve you and all clients effectively, we ask that you please review the following guidelines regarding rescheduling or cancelling your service:
Rescheduling
- Should you choose to reschedule your service within 72 hours of the scheduled service time, a 25% fee will apply. This is nonrefundable and will not be applied to your rescheduled service.
PLEASE NOTE: A new service date must be given the same day, otherwise it will be treated as cancelled, and the cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellations
- Should you choose to cancel your service within 72 hours of the scheduled service time, a 50% fee will apply. This is nonrefundable and will not be applied as credit if you choose to book a new service at a later date. Should you choose to cancel or reschedule your service 72+ hours in advance there will be no associated fee.
